2.表達能力
整體表達基本清晰，但是話語語調不標準，表達的時候不流暢、連貫?？脊僭诼犎?nèi)容的時候，比較吃力，知道為什么掉分了吧。
3.語言使用
表達的過程中，沒有華麗的句子結構。在一些難一點的句子結構上使用吃力，只能流暢的使用簡單結構，阻礙了表達的充分性。只能促成一些簡短的論點表述，論點聯(lián)系也比較簡單。
4.話題展開
能夠不偏題，但是表達的論點和論述不是特別的詳細。不能將細節(jié)完整化，將內(nèi)容變得更有說服力。有些基本論點，不能細致的展開。相關信息表達不清晰，有出現(xiàn)表達重復的現(xiàn)象。

1. 理解度：
考生所表達的口語內(nèi)容是否完整、準確地回答了題目的要求。這個考察的是考生能否準確理解題意和準確迎合題意兩個層次。
2. 流利程度：
考生所表達的口語內(nèi)容是否能夠被明白地理解，還是僅僅只是表面上很流利，但實際上卻語義含糊、不知所云。
3. 組織結構：
考生是否有能力將口語用嚴密的結構和邏輯表達出來，還是缺乏層次。
4. 表達連貫：
考生口語的語流是否有停頓，其中包括思維停頓和表達停頓兩方面的原因或表現(xiàn)。但此標準并沒有對考生口語表達速度有硬性要求
5.發(fā)音：
考生的發(fā)音是否能夠做到純正、清晰?？疾斓氖强忌荒芤驗榭谝舻膯栴}對理解存在障礙。
6. 語法：
考生是否能夠熟練的使用較復雜的句子結構表達思想，同時盡量避免錯誤。
7. 詞匯：
考生是否可以掌握足夠的英語詞匯進行表達，考察重點是再對詞匯掌握的熟練度和準確度兩方面。但此這個標準并沒有對考生用詞難度作硬性的要求。
