二、語言成績
申請英語系國家一般是會看托福和雅思成績，但是英聯(lián)邦國家主要還是看雅思成績，一般情況下藝術(shù)留學(xué)雅思要求都是6、5以上。
可以選擇語言課或者預(yù)科，讓自己先進(jìn)入到大學(xué)的體制中。而且在英語為母語的國家，這種浸入式的環(huán)境會讓你的英語能力變得更好。
三、在校成績
需要提供在校的成績單，申請英國本科就需要提供高中成績單，研究生則需提供大學(xué)的在校成績單。所有成績單必須以英文的形式上報(bào)到學(xué)校并經(jīng)過公證處公證。如果GPA足夠高，還會有獎學(xué)金等格外獎勵。
四、個人簡歷
簡歷就像一個人的外貌一樣，即使你有一個有趣的靈魂，但是外貌不起眼兒也很難激發(fā)起別人認(rèn)識你的欲望。所以簡歷在申請的時候也起著至關(guān)重要的作用。
五、自我陳述
自我陳述和簡歷還是不一樣的兩個部分，自我陳述更偏向主觀表達(dá)自己的想法。其中包括學(xué)校想要從你身上了解的問題，你根據(jù)問題做出自己的回答。比如學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷、未來規(guī)劃等。
六、推薦信
推薦信就是找兩到三位在本專業(yè)有一定造詣的專家或者教授為你寫一封推薦信。當(dāng)然找到的推薦人越牛，對你的幫助越大。推薦信也是向?qū)W校展現(xiàn)你個人學(xué)習(xí)能力專業(yè)能力的好渠道。一定要讓推薦人為你多美言兩句。
出國留學(xué)推薦信怎么寫？推薦信一般應(yīng)包括下列內(nèi)容：1. 被推薦人的基本情況介紹。側(cè)重于個人的畢業(yè)時間、學(xué)校、所獲學(xué)位以及個人的專業(yè)經(jīng)歷。
2. 推薦人對被推薦人的基本評價。側(cè)重于被推薦人的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)、個性、特點(diǎn)、工作態(tài)度和在學(xué)術(shù)上的前途估計(jì)。若是推薦研究生，推薦人還需進(jìn)一步說明其深造學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)和當(dāng)前所具備的研究能力。顯然，恰如其分地評價被推薦人的基礎(chǔ)、能力和前途，比言過其實(shí)的贊譽(yù)更令人情服，更具有實(shí)際意義。
3. 推薦人可以著重介紹被推薦人曾經(jīng)獲得的獎勵，發(fā)表過的論文，參加過的重要學(xué)術(shù)會議，以及曾在學(xué)生組織或?qū)W術(shù)團(tuán)體中的任職等來支持自己的評價。
4. 推薦人還必須清楚地表明被推薦人留學(xué)的身份是研究生還是訪問學(xué)者，專業(yè)領(lǐng)域和研究方向是什么。
寫推薦信可以從三個方向著手：
1. 就學(xué)校方面
首先，必須先了解申請專業(yè)的特點(diǎn)(推薦信內(nèi)容可以強(qiáng)調(diào)此特點(diǎn))；整理各校對推薦信內(nèi)容的要求，即可得到關(guān)于評估的基本要求(例如，學(xué)術(shù)研究能力、創(chuàng)造力等)，以及特殊要求(例如，對研究領(lǐng)域的適應(yīng)度等)。試想：你認(rèn)為錄取委員會希望由推薦信獲取那些關(guān)于你的信息。
2.就個人方面
分析自己的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，在校成績以及工作表現(xiàn)，有無特殊經(jīng)歷可以展現(xiàn)自己在此研究領(lǐng)域的潛力，或擁有那些特殊的能力,依此作為選擇老師寫推薦信及提供了解你的基礎(chǔ)。并以明確具體的證據(jù)來支持證明自己的特殊能力和個人特點(diǎn)(例如，試驗(yàn)成果、研究計(jì)劃、學(xué)術(shù)出版物、課外活動等)。
3. 就推薦者方面
推薦信是了解申請人的重要依據(jù)，在研究生課程中尤其如此。申請人可以選擇現(xiàn)在或以前的老師、教授或雇主。推薦人必須熟悉學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況，了解學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)目的是否明確，在學(xué)術(shù)上是否有前途，以及學(xué)生的適應(yīng)能力、創(chuàng)造能力、品行和特長。書寫推薦信的最理想的人選是一封由系主任寫，一封由專業(yè)課教授寫，一封由自己 的導(dǎo)師寫。不過，對方若無規(guī)定，則除了自己的親屬之外，任何人皆可為推薦人。推薦人一般應(yīng)具備高級技術(shù)職稱，如教授、副教授、研究員、副研究員等。如果推薦人在國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界享有盛譽(yù)，或者被申請就讀學(xué)校聘為客座教授，或者曾經(jīng)在該校講過學(xué)，那么這樣的推薦人寫的推薦信就具有很強(qiáng)的效力了。
